Military Family....

Well you can tell the weather is warming up because my blog is pretty active again! I photographed friends family pictures the day after I did the wedding. It was a very sunny gorgeous day. The photos were shot as a surprise for their parents. Kinda of a going away present. Their daughter son in law and 2 kids are moving to Germany soon and their other son is getting ready to deploy over seas leaving behind his wife and brand spankin new baby. Seems thats a way of life these days but it never gets any easier to hear those sad stories. My thoughts and prayers are with this family! Enjoy the pictures.

Stephanie & Matt

I had the privilege to photograph Stephanie and Matt's wedding and it was such an honor. It was a beautiful spring day in Chesapeake City MD, a bit windy but other then that simply perfect! The bride and groom looked stunning and even a tad nervous. Everything went off without a hitch.... except for the meltdown the ring bearer had right before the bridesmaids were to walk down the aisle. Kids will be kids and he finally made his way down as did everyone else. After the ceremony all the guests headed over to the reception where everyone let loose and had a blast! Here are some of my favs so far... I haven't even touched the "good" reception ones yet.. I will have more to share I am sure of that! Thank you Stephanie and Matt for letting me capture your special day!

It has been awhile since I have updated but it has also been awhile since I have had a photo shoot. Winter is awfully slow but it is picking up here and quick! I shot Chelsea's sweet 16 party. She turned 16 in December and she finally got to celebrate it. It turned out amazing. The theme was all zebra and pink glamour which is very popular right now and super duper cute! They had a blast and I have about 600 pictures to prove it lol. Here are a few of my favs so far! Enjoy... and be on the look out for many more updates over the next month.

P~ Family

I had the chance to take a friends pictures today after a company who shall remain nameless messed up their family photos. I was more than happy to do them in their home for them. They have four very adorable blond haired cuties! They also have a huge lab named Scooby who was able to debut in a couple of pictures. It was a fun afternoon and I am sure the kids enjoyed themselves just as much.

Yah for another photo shoot! You'll love these photos! We planned this shoot a couple weeks ago and had to move around the date because of rain... but of course rain always ruins plans right. So it drizzled this am then low and behold the sun emerged!! I guess I should mention it did not last long at all lol. It was bitter bitter cold but I was ready!! She brought down her daughter and step son who are 13 and 2 1/2. Her son was absolutely adorable and her daughter was gorgeous as well. We were done in about an hour which is great timing but little man was starting to get really uncomfortable in the cold. I got some GREAT shots, hope you enjoy~
