A fabulous day for a photo shoot

We had such a gorgeous day yesterday I had to take advantage of it with a nice photo shoot!!! Enjoy!

We did some rearranging with this shoot. It was scheduled for Wed but mother nature has some rain planned for that day so we scrambled and did them tonight. We raced against the clock, the sun and the coldness to get these shots. The kids did amazing considering it was pretty chilly. We always managed to get just "one" more smile of of them lol. The location was beautiful and you'd probably never believe it was done on the median right in downtown :) Why not put good use to these beautiful flowers the workers take so much time planting! You can tell out light really started to dwindle quickly be we managed to get some awesome pics. Enjoy!~

Military Family....

Well you can tell the weather is warming up because my blog is pretty active again! I photographed friends family pictures the day after I did the wedding. It was a very sunny gorgeous day. The photos were shot as a surprise for their parents. Kinda of a going away present. Their daughter son in law and 2 kids are moving to Germany soon and their other son is getting ready to deploy over seas leaving behind his wife and brand spankin new baby. Seems thats a way of life these days but it never gets any easier to hear those sad stories. My thoughts and prayers are with this family! Enjoy the pictures.

Stephanie & Matt

I had the privilege to photograph Stephanie and Matt's wedding and it was such an honor. It was a beautiful spring day in Chesapeake City MD, a bit windy but other then that simply perfect! The bride and groom looked stunning and even a tad nervous. Everything went off without a hitch.... except for the meltdown the ring bearer had right before the bridesmaids were to walk down the aisle. Kids will be kids and he finally made his way down as did everyone else. After the ceremony all the guests headed over to the reception where everyone let loose and had a blast! Here are some of my favs so far... I haven't even touched the "good" reception ones yet.. I will have more to share I am sure of that!
